Ignore the bad reviews! Elouise cut my hair and my toddler daughter?s today- fantastic. She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel beautiful. She was also excellent with my toddler?s hair.!

My daughter asked for layers and didn?t get them. She spent 15 minutes in the chair, had 2cm cut off and paid £27. Totally ridiculous - I should have done it myself at home.

RIP off avoid. My Mum went into here for a haircut and ask for it to be cut a bit shorter and thinned out. To which she was told it would need to be washed, cut and blow dried at the cost of £40. She refused and paid £25 instead. They barely cut anything off!!!!! Trading standards need to investigate this place. AVOID like the plague.

I had my hair cut today and I asked for it to be shorter but wasn't given what I requested. I requested for the layers to be put in and they definitely were not. I had a cut, wash and blow dry and it was shocking. No bother of hairspray or any sort of styling. She was more interested of what was happening on the high Street then ensuring my hair was cut properly to my liking. Do not recommend coming here.Service: Hairstyling

I'm so so so happy, beautiful, clean and professional place, super friendly staff, prices are really competitive. Love the job, can't wait for my hair to grow back to visit again ?

Absolutely diabolical. I do not recommend this hair salon at all. I went in asked the young girl if she could cut short hair to which she replied of course. Showed her two photographs of my previous style and I had to stop her mid cut as she was literally cutting chunks out of it. I then had to justify my reasons via email to area manager why I should get a refund as she initially told me it is against company policy to issue refunds!! I think we all know the reputation of the cutting bar! It?s ok if you got a kid needing a shaved head but other than that if you want something technical go elsewhere.Service: Hairstyling
