Came in this aftwrnoon bought shopping only to get home and notice i was charged £5 for an item i never picked up and was unable to get through to the store when calling , very strange im charged for a summer fruit platter i never picked up! People check your receipts before you leave because we nevwr do .maybe its some tesco hustle like my local shop charging 10p more than the price on the shelf . Will contact tesco OR TRY tomorrow seeing everything's a robot now

I suffer from serious fibromyalgia and chronic pain syndrome and had a bad episode in the London road brach, the staff are second to none they help me when I could barely breathe and stand they went above and beyond with helping me though this all i can say is THANK YOU ?

I had an awful experience with Tesco's click-and-collect service. The staff member, Jacob, was shockingly unprofessional. He huffed and puffed throughout, making it clear he didn?t want to assist us. Worse, he refused to hand over our shopping and threatened us to leave the premises. Despite the store manager being present, no action was taken to resolve the situation.
As a result, we had to leave without our shopping and no refund, which is unacceptable. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning Tesco's standards for customer service. I urge Tesco to address this issue immediately, provide proper training for their staff, and ensure incidents like this don?t happen to other customers.

It?s quite a large shop that sells basic foods, but for a more comprehensive weekly shop I feel most people would be better served at Sainsbury?s or Pinchington Lane Tesco Extra.

Always had a positive experience when shopping here.
Shop is always kept clean and there is usually plenty of staff about if you need anything.
Want to mention the young guy whose usually helping people on the self service checkouts on Friday evening; he is especially helpful and polite.

Your company has become appalling at customer service. We have home delivery and past few weeks it has been getting later and later. Today is final straw. We were due delivery at 1600. We have chased and chased but now 2215 and still no sign. We pay a delivery charge and this is unsatisfactory. We have had not had evening meal and tun out of milk so cannot even have drink.if not here in next 10 minutes We are going to bed. After over 20 years as loyal customers we are now thinking of switching
