I understand policy?s but Tom is a rude person in CSD, told me as someone from a another store that I can?t do my job properly and he was questioning me while pulling faces and being sarky rude man shouldn?t work with costumers.

Since adding the new self service trolley tills it has become a shambles. Queues mega long for the staff manned tills, customer service has been put aside for the sake of the new systems, we want the assistance and conversations with the lovely assistants, not stress from self service tills..

Dismal store. Home delivery that did not turn up, no contact from the shop or driver to advise they could not deliver, just left me sat waiting until the contact centre was closed and could not call. Called the contact centre the next day who could not get hold of the store. Not the first time this has happened.

My brother got scammed buying £10Roblox gift card for our niece in this Tesco couple weeks ago, once we payed for it at self checkout we discovered that the barcode for the voucher was scratched so we immediately went to the till before we even existed the shop. I told the lady that worked at the till and she basically didn?t wanted to help us and said it was our fault that they couldn?t do anything about it. And I told her we just bought it and we even had the receipt for it but wouldn?t even help us. I was so furious and just left. They definitely need to do a extra control in the gift voucher cause it?s so easy to get vouchers without realizing there?s problem with them so other people go through what we went through cause they won?t help you and just blame it on the customer! Very disappointed at the lady at the till she was very rude

Once again had the misfortune of being let down by this disaster of a stores home delivery service - the fifth time this year.
No delivery last night with no explanation as to why. The call centre tried numerous times to raise the store, but no answer. They promised I could go this morning to collect my shopping and it was lucky I called them before I set off, because I was told that my shopping has been put back!
I could understand delivery but happening, things go wrong, but they need to learn good COMMUNICATION.
If you're thinking about getting home delivery from Tesco do yourself a favour and pick a different supermarket, might be a little more expensive, but you'll actually get your food!

Check prices at till, prices are reduced but only on the shelf, everyday same problem, stuff from tills blaming other departments for over a week for not changing the prices on system, no one takes responsibility for doing nothing but customers are scammed this way paying full prices for items whose price "is"? reduced.
