Not even worth one star. Waited ages to be served, and neither of the 2 members of staff acknowledged that I was there. No other customers either. Shocking service. Walked out without being served

Not very impressed. Staff member serving only half-filled the wrap I ordered and wasn't very friendly towards customers. Staff member working the small ovens didn't wear gloves to take orders out with their hands. I have given three stars because Subway's vegan options are normally quite good for what it is and the person who initially welcomed us into the store was polite & helpful. Would not recommend this branch.

Hello, I just want to say that the lady at subway Newbury in Kennet centre, Kayleigh is a extremely helpful young lady, I?ve been served by her on a numerous occasion, each time she makes me feel welcome and shes always so polite to me thank you so much for your hard work !.on the other hand, the atmosphere in there wasn?t the best due to lack of entertainment (music) and it seems to be very outdated compared to other subways I?ve been in.

Food was normal subway stand however the girls serving at the newbury branch in the Kenner Center was more interesting in gossiping about a leaving employee than serving customers. After my food was prepared one was putting their hat on the counter and flipping her hair about. Will not be returning.

It was a quick pop in before seeing a film and I was served a delicious wrap and coke very efficiently. It was delicious.Vegetarian options: I had a wrap that was delicious.

Waited 1hour for my order, then said it was going to arrive in another half hour only for them to cancel my order! The contact number doesn?t even work. Fuming!

Tuna subs and wraps are terrible - they don?t cut the tuna up (massive chunks) can be quite off putting. No real care gone into the quality.
