Katie, Molly, Brooke and Laura are all amazing. Can?t fault their service whatsoever. Friendly and professional, the Newbury team are all a credit to the Starbucks brand.

A star off for atmosphere: What if a false ceiling was installed to not only make place seem less narrow but also to help reduce heat (or air conditioning) loss for that is a huge unused space up there to the distant roof to heat (cool)?

Getting a bit long in the tooth (or maybe they don't clear table/so the floor very often) the breakfast wrap was a bit meh, small and a bit soup like in a container it was hard to get out of. The staff are still quick so that's a positive.

Bought drink for my 5 years old girl .asked for a straw .they refused because they are shortage of straw.despite telling my girl will struggle to drink without straw. They keep insisting not enough to give her one.will stay away from this place.

I am a very regular customer in this Starbucks and come in almost everyday to buy my partner and I the same coffees. This morning I was in a rush and ordered my usual (iced latte with an extra shot of coffee) this time around I ordered an additional shot ontop of my normal extra shot (4 shots in total, I was tired) the photo below is what I received, clearly not 4 shots of coffee, maybe not even 1? ANYWAY, I came back in this afternoon and explained the situation to the women serving me (Aissa) who was very lovely and remade my coffee for me! She didn?t make me feel like I was a bother and honestly wasn?t hoping for a free coffee either just to inform the staff. Thank you for caring for your customer Newbury Starbucks!!
