The St James's Place office in Newbury I have always found to be a really welcoming place. Annette and the staff who greet you are friendly, professional, knowledgable and will ensure any issue is sorted. The facilites are always clean and the office throughout is always immaculate. A credit to the company.

It's always a pleasure to visit the SJP office in Newbury. The reception team are welcoming and delightful, the office is light and airy and parking over the road is easy.

Complete shambles. Different departments don?t seem to pass information on and when they do it hasn?t been done correctly. Constantly promising that things will be sorted out and yet here we are?.. still being fobbed off. You don?t even deserve 1 star ?
