The store itself is not too bad, as ut has a bit of everything. The customer service though, is absolutely terrible, with the majority of the sales assistants simply unpleasant, unfriendly and sometimes even rude. Will not be going back there unless I really have to.

Never going again, Today we went here to look around then we got two tops my aunt wanted so we go to the checkout to buy them (put in mind that the line was long the first time) my mum buys it for her, there was an offer to get two for nine pounds, but we pay eleven pounds all together, my aunt points it out that it was eleven pounds and it was supposed to be nine pounds we go back and says its eleven pounds and they say ?there different it says on the lable it was a mistake my aunt made, me and my mum waited beside the till and was wating for my aunt, My aunt comes back then she says we have to go back in the line because it was to long, my mum was angery and waited untill it was our turn AGAIN then we go to the same lady and my mum says ?why didn?t you tell us to go in the queue? and she says that it was obvious that we had to go back in the queue, when she says that we have to wait to go to her colleague, then my mum says to her somthing then she shouts at my mum saying that shes available right now then we go to her and she said that shes cant give my mums money back to my mum and she will give us credit before that we bought a pack of reusable straws then we got another pack of them and we buy them, we leave the till area and my mum askes somone for the manager than the manager comes and defends her colleagues and sayes that were wrong then the lady who served us first comes and waves at us rudely we leave and we were very cross what a waist of time

I went to this shop this morning to buy some things for my son and my sister bought two tops as well. I will never go back to that shop again, the service there is awful, they are so rude and don?t care about the customers and treat us like rubbish. I even spoke to the manager and she wasn?t any better, she defended the other one and didn?t care what I was saying and just ignored us. Really bad customer service.

Will never shop here again. Waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to help us with my child trainers and no one came and they knew we was waiting. 2 members of staff just standing at the door chatting. Very poor customer service.

Rude staff and not interested in helping customers. The short guy and the skinny lady with long hair was very rude. They need further training on how to treat their customers. Reading some of the negative comments about the rudeness of the staff in this branch is very accurate. Higher management need to do something about their rude staff otherwise people will stop coming to this store. Worst customer service I've been to.

Bad customer service! Walked into the store bit after half 7 and a girl with blue hair said very loudly to her co-worker ?why do they all come in before we shut? She needs further training on how to deal with customers! Miserable people.

Very impressed with a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable young Man at the Newbury Retail Outlet branch of Sports Direct. His name, Christopher Hayes and only just started working there and could not have been more attentive. Be grateful Sports Direct, first class customer service is a rarity. Very rude. Misleading promotional offer. When a simple question was asked if the two items qualified for the offer the response was rude and inappropriate. If your not happy in your place of work move on. But don't talk down to your customers. It's not necessary

I wish there was an option to put negative rating.
I placed an order online with sports direct and they have charged me upfront. They have a delivery partner EVRI who was supposed to deliver shoe by 05th April?24.
On sports direct app I can still see status as ready to ship on the other hand EVRI shows it was delivered.
When raised to sports direct, they have provided gps proof of address that it was dropped in my letter box area wherein I never received it.
There is no resolution to date and both parties just keep asking to contact another.
I don?t think they ever delivered the shoe and that?s how they make money these days.
Absolute pathetic service, I wish the amount of such complaints lead to some legal penalties on the business itself and force them to shut operations in United Kingdom.

Disgusting service. One of the team member i approached from the other area was very rude and told me she cant assist me as she is very busy and the person who is incharge of the women shoes is also bisy that i have to wait! In a very rude tune and cant be bother! i couldnt find anyone in the womens shoes area to ask for a different size of shoes and had to leave the place as i felt really awful! Even 1 star rate is big enough!
