Terrible customer service and child's school shoes fell apart within 3 weeks of wearing them!! Won't refund as "they were worn outside and not resalable!!"

Fair prices, poor service and security. Two staff outside the shop, nobody attended us and were kept waiting when we asked to pay and she had to go to the back first before taking our money. We could have easily walked out without paying. Not very good really. Shoes we got were fine.
