The Petrol station is OK .. but I think the owner is just like his employee Richard , he doesn't care about the customers , this guy "RICHARD" who works here behaves very rude and thinks people who buy fuel from them are his slaves , writing this review about him after many many interactions with him and found him very rude weird and totally no-cooperative every single time. He can be called as a shame to all the lovely people working there , I wonder how can Shell keep such people to work for them ..It's STRANGE.. these kind of people spoil the work and customer environment....the owner just doesn't care what the customers say he will just post a sorry and a fake link that takes you to a shell site , and shell says that as pumps in UK are private they have no responsibility of it .. thats wonderful isn't it ??? So this is to the owner...if you care about customers.. don't keep people like Richard to spoil the name of the place.

Nice petrol station all friendly except that the silver guy (Richard) rude, unprofessional, suspicious, arrogant and horrible. Despite all complains is still there. I am surprised that someone like him that could hurt heavily the business is ignored by the manager. Also it seems giving you a favour when you pay. Unbelievable...!!

No one ever answers the phone!! Desperately need to speak to someone regarding a parcel I dropped off there and I am constantly ringing yet no one is picking up!! Can anyone help?? I am un able to go in as I am not in the area at all so would appreciate someone picking up the phone!

Who is this guy Richard? I was nothing but nice and friendly because that's who I am to be honest, and he was miserable and rude. I was quite taken back... I said "Have a nice day" sincerely and he just said "Ye" and frowned at me. Second time I've experienced this, I'm going to try to avoid him like the plague.(Other staff are lovely though <3!)

Richard is horrible. I go in to do parcels and he always speaks to me rudely. He has no respect for people who are served by him. He should be Sacked and is letting shell down. You are losing customers because of him.
