I want to give a big shoutout to Matthew at Newbury Screwfix for delivering absolutely outstanding customer service. I was under a tight deadline, waiting on an important delivery, and Matthew went above and beyond to help me out.
He took the initiative to look into the order, kept me fully informed, and made sure I had everything I needed in time. He was not only helpful but also genuinely friendly and professional throughout. You could tell he really cared about doing a great job and helping the customer, something that makes a huge difference.
Thanks again, Matthew ? you turned a stressful situation into a smooth one. People like you are the reason Screwfix stands out!

Ordered some racking for the garage Saturday( after receiving some useless stuff from Amazon)and received the email to say it?s ready for collection at 10 o?clock Sunday morning. Very impressed and the member of staff that served us was nice, polite and cheerful. Thank you.

Been shopping here a while now with an account, tried purchasing spray adhesive today & was asked for id!! I'm 31 & had photos of my driving licence & passport but wasn't good enough! Shocking service & very rude!

At the tail end of a long and depressing build and so thankful that we have an excellent branch of Screwfix 15 minutes away from us. Click and collect service is a life saver and the staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to help loading the car if I'm collecting bulkier items.

I love going to Screwfix. They nearly always have the stuff you need and because other customers can't touch the stock, whatever you buy has not been opened or robbed of some bits. The staff are friendly and usually helpful.

Just popped in to collect a couple of items. I usually forget to do things like this but the staff in the Newbury branch deserve some praise. They always remember my name although I?m sure they serve 1000?s, , if they?re busy themselves they get someone to get my order quickly, always happy to help and just a good friendly team.Thanks
