The star is for the toilet facilities and not the store.
I was in 10 minutes after opening and let?s just say the gents was in a terrible state.
It turned out that toilets aren?t cleaned in between the store closing and reopening which seems an oversight or a false budget saving to me.
Hopefully a one off.
(Store bright and spacious. Handy for buying a few things ahead of a weekend journey from the nearby railway station)

I have reported abandoned trolley in front of our flat. They supposed to sent a van to collect but they didn't. Next day same situation I have reported it and they can't even confirm when it will be collected. It's a eye sore which they don't care. I will just take it to the dump instead of wasting my time with them.

disabled spaces often blocked by delivery vans
very few maned checkouts but custoner service will do checkouts at times

Full of staff speaking foreign languages on the shop floor and louts. Even big Tesco is better than this. Avoid.

Nice clean supermarket with friendly staff, absolutely massive selection of everything and as it's a Sainsbury's it's not too extortionate for the odd couple things. Would visit again happily to pick up some stuff if needed.
