They always have very nice and friendly staff and I am writing this review especially to thank Debbie who offered me the loyalty card yesterday and made me save. She was super nice, friendly and she conveyed that warmth to me. I am really thinking they are getting some special training for this and it does make a difference. thanks guys!

Asked the assistant if he sold an item..He just pointed, and said down that way, didn't take me to the isle, wasn't interested in making a sale. Found the item, took to the till, got home and found out I needed something extra to go with it, why on earth the assistant didn't suggest at the time. Not all all helpful.

I went in to get a key cut for my son for his locker at college, I had it done and gave it to him and he informed me that the key didn't work. So I went back to Robert Dyas and spoke to them about it, they told me that I didn't get the key cut there and basically call me a liar. Terrible customer service, I will never be shopping with the company again and would advise people to go else where aswell.

Great service on a busy Sunday. Looking for a vacuum, was shown a couple, opened both out of the box and showed how each worked. We decided on the lightest one and have been delighted with the result. The main reason we went in was at Argos or internet you can't see and feel the goods before purchase. Happy to support our high street shops.
