It wasn?t a bad coffee shop until they banned Dogs. You can take your Dog in to make a purchase but you cannot sit down. The rest of the coffee shops that allow Dogs into their establishments are bursting at the seams.
Come on Prets, put the community first and not profit. ?

Walked in with family, all the ham and cheese toasties have mustard - I get having some with mustard but all of them? Walked out and an now in a competitor eating a ham and cheese toastie without mustard!

Me and partner bough food for the hot section here. My partner had a chicken wrap and I had falafel and halloumi, we have been up all night ill with food poisoning.I am absolutely appalled and will be raising this with the store and head office.This has ruined our bank holiday weekend.I do not recommend eating anything from their hot section, clearly this has not been kept properly! I am so disappointed, first and last time in Pret Newbury.

Friendly staff and great coffee but only one vegan sandwich on offer. Loud music playing which is rather intrusive when trying to have a conversation.

The employees are a friendly bunch here, making you feel like a welcome customer. Pret menu is the usual good quality although prices seem to be creeping up higher than inflation.

Popped in for a quick lunch with a work colleague. A small salad, sandwich and two canned drinks was £18. The food was nothing special. Then I bough a slice of carrot cake. £4.10. Those prices just seem mad. I know raw costs have rocketed but I can?t see myself going in there again. The restaurant is tatty with tiles falling off the wall and just generally looking like it needs a good clean. Next time I?ll get lunch from M&S across the road. It will be better and half the price.
