Very poor customer service. Sales assistant is patronising and rude.I was denied the sale of a pack of paracetamol along with my shopping because he was insistent the till said he needed to see my ID. I don?t think he?s been made aware he?s allowed to use his own judgement. I very clearly am well over 16?Generally I?d just get ID and come back but he was so rude I had no desire to buy anything from them.Won?t be going back.

OK store that is reasonably well organised. Quality of some of the items is to be desired but as the store name suggested you wouldn't expect amazing quality items. Good for cleaning products, inexpesive homeware and some foodstuff. Occasionally there is something in the pet section worth picking up. Kids enjoy grabbing a sweet or drink from here when we visit the Retail Park.

Prices have risen, really stretching the pound now. Prices are cheaper in Wilko, and their bird food is better quality. I will not be shopping in Poundstretcher, unless desparate.
