I went to wolsey because I thought wrongly that they woukd give me good advice for a thermostat for my valiant boiler. They asked for full details of my boiler.
I picked it up, as I got APS plumbers to fit thermostat, as I had no idea how to install. They came and said it was the wrong thermostat , I was very surprised!.APS went away, got the correct thermostat, however charged me an extra £120.
I thought I bought the right thermostat. I Went to Wolsey annoyed that they sold me, as I gave them the full details, and thought they would pay the extra cost of selling me the wrong thermostat.
I was very wrong, they blamed me for the mistake!! I know nothing about boilers.
It was their mistake, and refused to compensate me for their mistake , I was not happy.
I would suggest you go to Grahams bathroom and plumbers of Hambridge road.
It was clearly there mistake, you don't blame the customer!!

Telephoned Thursday to obtain a replacement Twyford S trap loo. Very helpful confirmed they would have one available to collect Friday at 07:30. I collected it at 07:30, spot on helpful, faultless A1 service. Quality operation - thank you.

I am delighted with the service we receive every day from Marcus and the team at Wolseley, Newbury.The combination of dedicated staff, excellent logistics and a handy web-based order and information system has dramatically improved the way we can operate and in turn the level of service we can deliver to our customers.As well as excellent service the team are a pleasure to work with, they?ve always got a smile and enjoy working together. When the pandemic struck, they were swift to implement the guidelines required to continue to deliver essential goods and services safely, and without them we would not have been able to continue to serve our customers, keeping the heat and hot water maintained. At the same time, they were locked down and working from home.All in all, a massive public thank you, and we look forward to working with Wolseley, Newbury for many years to come.
