Waste of money and time. Ordered at 2:15, 2:45 they rung to say no drivers till 3 could I wait k said that?s fine. 3:30 7 calls later to get a call back at 3:45 to be told driver was late. Order be 20 mins max! I said fine if not I?m calling back and want my money back as I wasn?t happy. He said fine fine. Another 6 calls no answer what so ever my pizza turned up just before 4:45 and we?ll was luke war. Not impressed!

Been there tonight for a collection, ordered in cash. the gentlemen behind the counter took my order and my money in a shot I ordered a large texmex with bbq base and cheesy garlic bread. he told me it would be 10 to 15 minute's so I popped over to b and m when I came back to pizza hut I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting to then be told my oder had been given to my friend (I'm not from Newbury and didn't go with anyone) so I replied friend ? he said yes the man I gave money too. no idea what he was on about. he went for the manager that took 15 minutes to come out to tell me because I'm a traveller I was doing a skeam that my friend took order and that I would come after saying where is the order and get free one!! I replied I haven't come with a friend and he told me be wouldnt help me that im lying and leave and to phone the police. after a few strong words from me he checked the computer again and said yes I was right and gave me cold hard pizza that I feed the dog. mind all this took over an hour to sort.
and to make to worse the gentleman behind the counter when all this was going on was calling me a liar and thiev.
can't believe because I'm a traveller they put me in a box to be a thiev and a lyier.
I will be taking this higher !!

Food was piping hot and the pizzas where as you would expect them to be from pizza hut , very nice and tasty. The service was fast and efficient. Good experience all round ?Parking: Parking was pretty much opposite the restaurant on a quiet street so it was pretty easy access to the premises

If I give zero stars I would. They delivered our food to the wrong address, after waiting a long time we called to find out what's happening. They admitted fault but could only offer a drink as compensation. After waiting for the new food to be redelivered, they failed to give us the free bottle of drink. After calling multiple times, they told us there is nothing else they can do and told us to contact customer service. I questioned why they didn't want to deal with it in branch other than sending out a bottle of pepsi max 3 hours after we initially ordered, to which they responded they can't do anything else or refund even a fraction of what we spent. Extremely disappointed as this is the 4th time we've had issues with them this year. Safe to say we have lost all faith in Pizzahut as they can't even achieve basic levels of service.
