They sold me a 'used' mobile phone that had actually been broken and (poorly) repaired. It broke again within the guarantee period but they refused to refund my money. Do not buy 2nd hand phones from these guys, they are cowboys.

DONT GO HERE. been here twice both times faulty phones back. Most recently went in to fix my screen as it was cracked it was returned to me with very odd lighting nothing like the Apple screen and sometimes the screen not actually responding to where you want to swipe etc. and my back camera and flash completely not working or any any apps with a camera . Went back to ask what happened the same day which they then started accusing me saying it?s my fault and it was when I dropped it. they didn?t do any of their routine checks before they started fixing which they are meant to with a password which they were given . Very unprofessional. And now have an even more broken phone that they wished to ship or somewhere else with them to get further fixed ?£105 was wasted. Very rude and only care for your money (cash too) - every other review you see like this is telling the truth please so somewhere else. Made me very upset in there. And no social skills - he couldn?t even look me in the eye after saying it was all my fault. Very very concerning this place still exists

My boyfriend went in for a phone repair, the backlight on his screen was broken. The guy said he would be done in 30 minutes so we thought well that?s a simple fix except for the fact when he used the speaker we realised the back of the phone was vibrating like crazy and it was making a popping noise. So we went back the next day and he said he?d look at it. Not only when we got it back was the speaker still broken but there was a huge crack on the screen. We ended up debating it with the guy who tried to blame us for the crack by saying we ?touched it too hard? and refused to fix the speaker he broke, all while saying we were idiots and didn?t know what we were talking about. He changed the screen free of charge but tried to charge us for a new speaker even though it definitely was not broken before hand. Now when he calls it echos like crazy and is very quiet. We can?t be asked to debate it again since he clearly doesn?t know what he?s doing so now we have to go somewhere else which is going to cost more money. I wouldn?t use this company.

They sell faulty goods, only accept cash and have a strange no return policy on speakers but they don't tell you when you buy it, they tell you this 'policy' when you come to return it. Clearly they know what they are selling is faulty.

Took my phone there and they broke my phone even more and refused to pay for the damage so was very unhappy with there service and would advise people to stay away from this place

Terrible service. Would not replace or refund on faulty item which is 2 months old. I understand this to be against consumer law! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I had a really good experience with Phone Mania! I had dropped my phone in water and was told it might not be able to be fixed. But phone Mania fixed it all within a day and gave it back to me!! Great experience.

I found the staff is very argumentative because even if you get any work done or bought something, once they got the money and you walked out the door that's it. They will deny it's their problems but blame you not looking after your phone. Plus they only accept cash and only tell you when you are agreed to pay.

I've called in a few times, for protective cases and replacement screen protectors for my wife and myself. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the products have always performed as expected.
