Start member called Ali tried to rufuse me entry with my service dog just because he didn?t have a hi-viz on his he. It?s not a legal requirement to wear one and it?s discrimination to be refused. The law clearly states they are not a mandatory requirement but ?some? people use them and fot him to then argue with me about it just because apparently he has a service dog and knows all the rules ? rest of staff 2 other people just stood there smiling

Most of the staff here are absolutely lovely to speak to!! Especially 2 who's names I don't know but one has glasses and loves seeing my dog archie. She has great customer service, Always happy to serve and is a joy to be served by!! Plus to the review by isobel Somerville 1. If the shop worker gets an age 25 wrong it means loss of job or a fine and criminal record!! 2. As a woman I would have thought you would have been over the moon being asked for proof of age!! 3. You obviously have never worked in Retail because if you did (as I did for 23 yrs) you wouldn't be moaning on here!!

95% of the ladies in here are so lovely! However, I went in yesterday to grab an age restricted item (I?m almost 30 years of age) was ID?d, naturally I didn?t have my ID on me because again, I?m almost 30. Met with an extremely rude, arrogant and horrible old lady behind the counter - asked for my ID, I said ?I?m so sorry I don?t have it on my today? she then looked me up and down, snickered at me, then told me I definitely wasn?t almost 30 - safe to say I?m never coming back here again.

went in too get electric , payed upfront but there tills didn't work ( not the staff's fault ) but the head office has by far the worse service I've ever had , made two complaints and not even a response, it took a month for them too issue a refund after having too get citizens advise who got trading standards involved , I've still had no response at all from the costumer services proving they do not care at all , leaving some one out of pocket of a large amount over Christmas

Katy managed to fix my car and I am grateful for it. I was advised my car would permanently have my lights on which would long term drain the battery but thankfully Katy had an idea and it worked and it sorted my lights! Thank you so much Katy!
