I think people are struggling with the fact you are taking their money for kid memberships in Newbury Nuffield Health who cannot do anything at the moment as your pool is closed and has been for over a month. Pool is often closed, jacuzzi is now permanently closed. Basic maintenance is done really badly. It has the feel of club about to close down. Most of the reception staff are nice.
