Went here on the 16/5/24 to order a sofa & Tia was nothing but amazing, she helped us & to our surprise said it would be delivered on monday 20/5! We got a text on monday morning keeping us updated on eta etc! It arrived on time & Harley & colleague (sorry didnt get his name) were very friendly & professional & assembled it & took away all packaging! Highly reccommend using Next & will definately use them in the future! ???

I went to next store today in andover and it was close and I see other people aswell looking at close door. however it says open on website but strange they are close is just bit annoying when you drive to store and it's not open .I hope you guys are alright though!

This is a fairly small Next store which means ranges are limited. You can order things in, but you're always advised by staff not to use the store and to just use their website for a speedier service. Parking available outside for free.
