This place is very old and needs updating (especially in comparison to other gyms in the area - Northcroft, PureGym etc)! I only go here to use the sauna on an occasional basis. Please, please clean the ladies shower cubicles and toilets more regularly throughout the day!!

I highly recommend this gym, got all the equipment you need and is a very nice environment.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. Recently misplaced my engagement ring at the gym and a lovely staff member called Georgie helped me find it.

The best is the staff. Mario is so kind but so is everyone else. It's clean. But Equipment is more than 10 years old, Mal functional. Too much cardio not much weights. It needs an overhaul. Honestly how can it be .org ??? I question that.. I paid £36/m on a corp discount...PureGym and Gym Group offer up to date equipment for 40pct less without promo discounts.

After a good old search for gyms in the area I've found this gym is most suited for all needs with different age ranges even offering children's swimming. Good equipment and enough of it! Cleanliness is always up to a high standard in changing rooms and wash area.Clean fresh pool that is regularly checked, fully stocked the on cleaning products and a great environment. Staff friendly and always a great place to enjoy fitness

Excellent facilities at Newbury Better Health & Fitness Centre and priced reasonably. The centre is very clean and the poolside and pool itself are kept to a very good standard in comparison to other health clubs located within the Newbury area.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend membership here!

Awsome gym, staff always attentive, and friendly. Tony in particular stands out as a great member of the team who gives a really warm welcome.Lovely pool and even nicer sauna, the showers are excellent and turn up nice and hot.

Easy access into your favourite fitness classes and exercises. Fast and clear booking. There is a parking for customers, so you are not worried about parking spaces. You can find there a gym, swimming pool, sauna and fitness classes, whenever you preferred. I've had my first time with Zumba fitness. I was afraid, but totally necessary. Teacher was so kind and understanding. I've had smile on my face all time, because I didn't know steps. Who cares, it was worth, that way how you was feeling after session.. it was incredible, my face was red but happy. Thank you ?
