Left a complaint with Nationwide, try sorting out my trust fund into one of their ISA, dealt with manager and she was rude unhelpful. Wouldn?t listen to my request and was rude with her behaviour, I?m not using nationwide and you have lost a costumer. Disgusting behaviour

my card was irritatingly blocked when transacting an online purchase from my desktop to a major retailer ... as someone/a 'system' decided it was 'suspicious activity' what a waste of time and effort

Pleased with the customer service in this branch. Nice ladies provided with information about all required papers to open an account for non-UK citizens. Some time later, while other banks make you wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get an account started, other two wonderful ladies helped us as we walked in, no need to wait for ages to get started. Thank you!

I have an IDA withNationwide and renew it every year.I renewed it in January and now into March I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATE !! I have phoned and also spoken to a member of staff but still no response. If I do not hear soon I will withdraw my money and go elsewhere.Mrs Claudette Tillyer

Customer service is terrible in this branch based on my last two visits... left with a feeling that they couldn't even be bothered to try and help me even though they hold my money which they make profits from. Nationwide overall are ok but they seriously need to review some of their ridiculous rules. I surely didn't feel the love with this experience... based on this I wouldn't recommend

A very helpful girl greeted me on entry to bank, very kindly helped me through the process of paying in a cheque through the machine. Very friendly atmosphere within the premises.

The staff feel that they are superior and condescending. They don't quite understand that we are the customers and help pay their wages. As soon as we can we will be closing our accounts and moving them to a nicer environment

I don't leave many reviews but felt compelled to leave about our visit this Saturday. We have our mortgage, life insurance and current account with Nationwide and popped in while in Newbury to ask a simple question about our Mortgage. The lady who greeted us was called Helen and was speaking to an elderly chap in front of like he was a child (he was asking about batteries in a card reader). When it came to our turn Helen was equally as rude and asked us really personal questions in front of everyone about our mortgage (we looking at remortgaging). It was like we were asking her for a favour rather than being a customer needing help. How this lady is front of house at your branch is doing your brand no good at all. A meeter and greeter is there to be helpful, not make you feel bad. I could see the older chap walked away sad with his head down like hed been told off.
