I was on the phone for 15mins on my way to the store and he stayed after close to help me get all the correct items and finish my payment. He went above and beyond carrying out a sleepmatch and helping me find a suitable mattress available for next day collection, he also then helped me with bed frames which we will order for delivery when we have moved and because he was bring so genuinely helpful I also brought a pillow and duvet, I cannot praise this experience enough he was so thorough while being very kind and I want to communicate my gratitude, thank you Leo”
