Usually a great place, unfortunately I had the misfortune of Ellie doing my nails. She quite clearly did not want to do my nails, she was rude throughout and kept dissapearing for 5-10 minute at a time. My nails look terrible.

I got my nails done there like just a week ago now - best nails i?d ever gotten done loved them soo much - 5 days in 2 of the nails snapped off - i don?t work in an environment where i would put a lot of strain on my nails for that to happen and so i was really shocked - then literally this morning 2 more broke - im really confused as to why that happened - and im gonna go get them fixed even tho now i now will have to pay £29 more for something i thought was gonna last a while - very disappointedService: Acrylic nails

Made an appointment last week for a booking for today for my two grandchildren to have their nails done before they went back to school they got no before the appointment and they were told that they were too busy to do their nails even though they've booked last week there was nobody sat in the chairs so I had to disappointing grandchildren when is starting year 7 I wanted to look her best for the school and when is going into year 9 wanting to look her best as well very disappointing wouldn't recommend them

I went a while ago now, but it was the worst nail experience I've ever had. They were unable to give me any of the designs I wanted and I ended up with plain white nails, which had their flaws and I soon got them removed elsewhere. Not only did I get a poor service, they refused my student discount and were quite rude towards me throughout. Very unsatisfied :((Service: Manicure

Rude and unfriendly staff. I went in way before closing time to see if they could fit me in which they couldn?t, looked at me like rubbish and turned their nose up, told to come back in the morning for the work to be done. Went back 9am on opening to be told no appointments for the whole day again in a rude unpleasant manner! Would never use!
