Honestly, I'm a sucker for KFC, and the Newbury branch doesn't disappoint. Sometimes you just need that crispy, juicy chicken fix, right? Well, this place delivers. I've been a few times now, and the chicken has always been spot on ? perfectly cooked, not greasy, just delicious. The staff are pretty friendly too, always a bonus. It's not exactly fine dining, but if you're after a quick, tasty, and satisfying meal, especially when that chicken craving hits, KFC Newbury is a great shout. Plus, who can resist those fries?

I was thoroughly excited and positively buzzing to eat my fried chicken. The chicken was slightly undercooked but all around was quite moist and soggy. After i have devoured my wet oily Kentucky fried chicken i had a short stroll into the lavatory. It is in a convenient location however as i entered an awful stench hit my nostrils with such force I almost fainted. I saw the most horrible sight ever and it was disturbing to say the least. There was poo-poo everywhere, it must have been a biproduct of the fried chicken that some poor soul had excreted out of the bottom. I would give a higher rating, but the toilet made me feel most unwell.
