Had been looking for some specific timber for an internal project, and met Jock, he was incredibly helpful, and although on my initial visit we were unable to find the size I needed, the next time I visited he remembered me, helped me sort out everything I needed, and even helped me load it in to the car. He was nothing but friendly approachable and helpful and is a credit to the branch!

Bought 64 roof tiles from here. The cheeky so-and-so slipped in a damaged one (more like half a tile - see photo). It was obvious as well: an outside one. I helped load; interesting that the damaged tile was loaded by the Jewson employee - face down (so that I wouldn't notice?). Not impressed, especially as they then tried to make me pay more than the agreed rate at the till...
