Writing on behalf of my mum. She visited this Greggs, after receiving quite poor customer service elsewhere on a shopping trip to Newbury. It was so refreshing to be served first by Katie, and then Dave with their excellent customer service and attitude. Left with the products I wanted and a smile on my face. Great atmosphere, helpful, courteous service - down-to-earth. Well done, team - . Lots of love, from Wales ?

Greggs in Newbury Town Centre is a tiny incarnation of this popular franchise. This store is small but the usual food and drink wares are here. Staff are friendly. (still do the best coffee).

Went into Greggs (Newbury Northbrook Street) at 13.35 on Tuesday 6th February 2024. I have to say that the service and food has dropped considerably, my partner had 2 bacon and cheese pastries but one had no bacon and both were cold, I had a beef and vegetable pasty which was also cold and tasted mostly of pastry, so this is the reason for my low rating which has put us off Greggs in the future, may I suggest you change the lazy staff in there!Dietary restrictions: Perhaps it would be good to introduce some different milks for vegans!

Greggs is always good for pocket friendly quick bites and drinks or sandwiches, same is the one as well. Only problem with this outlet is that its small cramped space and that?s why feel crowded. Very less sitting space so good for take away. Not very friendly for wheelchair due to narrow movement space.

Might have been a good rating tho me and my children were turned away at 10.30 today and told they were shutting for half hour despite the shop being full of customers at the time..dont know why we were turned away..my kids love greggs hence the treat...hot dog stall around the corner was amazing tho

Its a greggs there pretty similar all over, i have had some cold chicken bakes before that should have been hot so make sure you check your order before you leave
