“I felt the staff were thorough in the examination of my eyes. I got good answers to the detailed questions that I asked. I did not need new glasses as I had bought some already. Also my reading glasses frames broke (not Boots supplied) and they saved my lenses and fitted them into another frame for me. I have night time glasses which are stunning in clarity.”

“Booked in to the store and had an enhanced examination check compared to what I was used to at another optician especially with the use of the OCT test, which i would highly advise getting done. The optometrist I believe her name is Sim found scarring and early cataracts development which was very concerning for me at the time. Thankfully it was picked up and now follow her recommendations going forward to help protect my eyes. Overall very impressed in the thorough check and will continue to use this particular optician.”

I was not rushed at all and as my prescription was little changed there was no pressure to buy new glasses but I was given an alternative contact lens to try.
