good quick service, once I had been served, they only had one person serving, with several staff members chatting just behind the sales door, it would have been nice if one of them could have served some customers during the busy moment, this may not normally a problem but the customers in front took forever to finish thier transactions and the guy serving could have used some support from his colleagues, the parts I bought were a good price and good quality

Had an amazing experience at Euro Car Parts on Bone Lane in Newbury. We were assisted by Richard, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the parts we needed. The whole process was quick and efficient, and we left with everything we came for in just a matter of minutes. Disinterested staff completely failed to provide any help whatsoever when I asked for a refund of an incorrect product supplied by euro carboarts ordered online (the website has the wrong brake discs linked to the car number plate) When I asked why they wouldn't call the Web guys, they said "they wouldn't answer to us" I assume the Web team have reached the same conclusion I have, Newbury branch could use some management.
