Utter shambles, the rudest I have ever been spoken to!Jo (female) call handler for euro car parts shouldn?t be allowed near a phone! Her custom skills are as good as a 5 year olds.From now on we will take our business elsewhere.

Another branch (basingstoke) wouldn't take a refund as I was never given the receipt. The manager at the Thatcham branch sorted it all out for me. Love Euros and love that I have a decent branch near me

Called to check a part that shown as "no longer available" on ECP website but Newbury branch shown stock. I can tell they are very busy as the ringtong in the background just non-stop. The guy I spoke to was very nice and put me on hold for less than a minute to check the stock and put it on his table for me to collectExcellent service!

Oh dear. Like time travel back to the seventies. Zero customer service, zero empathy. Waited 40 minutes to return a set of brake discs, staff hide at the back. Not a smile anywhere. Told me to call customer service instead of sorting it out. Left with no refund after wasting my time. Terrible on every level. Avoid and pay a little more at your local car parts store, sure you will pay a little more but you wont have to put up with this dark, pokey and miserable shop.

Great company . Soooooo slow to get servedThousands of staff milling about and one poor girl left on her own to serve at the front desk. Even the printer to print the receipt isnt on the front desk so she has to retrieve it everytime. And also pick items I ordered 3 hours prior . Mental.....
