Brilliant staff, friendly, helpful, and polite. Unfortunately to make a living they got to follow company rules. EE as a business I will never use again once my contract runs out. Been back and forth for a year about my bill. Told call 150 to resolve issue, call 150 they so go into store, they say call 150, after 7 months of this done a trust pilot review, was then asked by EE to contact them on FB messenger. 4 months talking to a different person every time reexplain everything to avail, you need to go into store. Went into store, nothing they can do as its been a year since I took out contract. WATCH OUT FOR THE HIDDEN EXTRAS AND STUFF U DO NOT ASK FOR. + YOUR BILL goes up every year. A BIG NO TO EE as a business from me. People in store were brilliant.

Helpful staff, but increasingly they have to pass tasks to Customer Services, so you sit there while the store staff are on the phone to 150!

02 has shut and my phone had been hacked. Guy said he couldn't help me but changed his mind and he was super wonderful. I hated staff and manager in 02 shop and glad they're gone, no wonder. As soon as my contracts up I'm changing to EE. If all staff are like him, helpful, go above and beyond what more do you need.
