I called the Newbury store in a mad rush tonight with an incredibly tight deadline and was thankfully helped by Leo, straight away he was helpful, informative and reassuring. I was on the phone for 15mins on my way to the store and he stayed after close to help me get all the correct items and finish my payment. He went above and beyond carrying out a sleepmatch and helping me find a suitable mattress available for next day collection, he also then helped me with bed frames which we will order for delivery when we have moved and because he was bring so genuinely helpful I also brought a pillow and duvet, I cannot praise this experience enough he was so thorough while being very kind and I want to communicate my gratitude, thank you Leo

Called into dreams today, was welcomed by Danielle.
This young ladies approach to customer care , should be set as standard. Her knowledge of the whole range of products was amazing. Explained all I needed to know, very patient, GSOH, let me make my own choice, in my own time.
All in all, an absolute pleasure in her company.
A great Asset to this company.

Got a new mattress and pillows today with my partner, was served by Danielle who was so friendly and lovely and so helpful!! She helped us find the best mattress and we were so shocked when she said she'd only been there a few weeks due to how great she was! Would definitely recommend dreams due to our experience x

We had a lovely experience at Dreams Newbury today. Beth was excellent and very knowledgeable about the automatic beds, and mattress comfort.
She made it all very easy to understand what was on offer to us using all the latest equipment they have in store . I know Ive got the right mattress for me now.
I can?t recommend her highly enough. We were offered a cup of tea too, but couldn?t stay, or we would have been there all day?.
I can?t wait for my new bed to arrive.
