So the card machines had lost connection and I offered to pay with cash which is an unacceptable way to pay !!!so I was asked to order a pizza online even tho I was stood at the counter?.Wow unbelievable

Pizzas delivered earlier thannrequested causing timing issues for the party, we ended up having cold pizzas because they were sat on the side for an additional 15 minutes longer than it should have been, we ordered them for 12.30 onwards and they arrived 12.16
Not massively impressed!
Paid for delivery too on and order costing over £100!

Rang at 10 for a pizza and the woman on the phone who was barely coherent became rude when I had to repeat my address for the 4th time, and hung up on me. I've tried to reorder 5 times over the phone for the pizza and it has been met with the same rude woman and her ultimately hanging up on me. I tried 1 more time at 12pm for them to cut my number off completely so I'm unable to ring the store.
Absolutely appalling customer service and won't be ordering from here again.

Pizza is usually really good from here but the in store service is terrible. It took 5 minutes before anyone asked who I was and then said nothing. 2 minutes later I was told I needed to wait 2 minutes for the garlic pizza bread. Can only assume the loud bang of a pan hitting the floor was my garlic pizza bread

I go in here quite often, I have always found the service to be exceptional and the team are always looking for the best deal for me. I normally pay £13.99 for a stuffed crust large pizza with 2 toppings, however, today I was greeted by an individual that in all honesty looked lost, she quoted me a price of £15.50, I said it's normally £13.99, and asked her to ask someone else, she didn't listen to what I said, instead stuck to the price and ignored my request. She gave no reason for the price hike, neither did she make any effort to locate the deal I was going on about (she just couldn't be bothered). Out of principle, I didn't pay, and won't be going back, one bad experience due to poor training = a lost customer. Time of experience was around 10pm today.

Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of your driver this evening. I have just ordered through Uber eats but was store staff delivered. Your driver arrived quite late after leaving store, not only did I realise your driver had a lit cigarette in his hand as he handed my order over, he then started getting angry towards me saying I had not put the correct address, even though he had the full postcode etc. Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss otherwise dominos will lose a long time customer.

I am a regular buyer of domino?s but since moving here I have been disappointed by this store. Their deals are not as good as other stores, £3 delivery is crazy as an overall. I also do not see the point in selecting a specific delivery timeframe for the pizza just to arrive 30mins early, I ordered specific for a reason. Pizza came seemed undercooked, pale and doughy. I also bought wrap not long ago which was a joke, not even half full. I?ll have to try thatcham, wouldn?t recommend Newbury.
