“I would like to send a message to Dr Crofts to thank her for finding the hidden "lesion" in my ear and following through last week with a referral to Basingstoke Hospital saying I would probably be offered an appointment in 3 months time. Yesterday, the Head & Neck Dept rang me and this morning I saw them for an emergency appointment. 2 specialists saw me, a biopsy was taken = which cleared and cleaned away the problem. I do want to thank Dr Crofts and Dr Hobby for their time and their caution in referring me. Hampshire Hospital visit was a pleasure and the National Health Service a miracle. Thank you to you all.
