I wish they would improve over time. Never received a phone call or I was just unlucky. As it's a convenient location being close to surgery, so obviously it is sought after, but never got a prescription in a single visit. Wish them all the best.

Unfortunately, on two occasions, the pharmacy door has still locked after 9am opening time.
Always a long queue. The place needs organising and a facelift.

Getting thier act together much improved and are now working as a team.Fats is really getting her team to pull in one direction and Fats is very polite and tells you how long it will be I hope fats dosent tell me off because she is fatima sorry if offended

Terrible service. The pharmacy never answers their phone, even after months of complaints. Medication is rarely ready on time?you can wait 30 minutes for a single item, only to be told to come back. Delivery is unreliable, with no valid reason given when it doesn?t happen. Instead of just thanking customers for feedback, it?s time to actually improve the service.

Brilliant service for my son's sore ear today - AM 7/3/25. Friendly service from both the pharmacist and training pharmacist, listened to our concerns, asked thorough questions, gave us some medicine and lots of information on where to go next if the problem persisted. Genuinely thankful for such a good service.

The staff are really good in difficult circumstances. It is very busy and you have to queue/wait for at least 30 mins in my experience. No fault of the team as they are all working through as fast as possible.

Absolute disgrace. Delivery service never works, phones never answered, lies on phone to customers and basically staff don't give a toss. Been left without morphine and other tablets last 2 months because no delivery and couldn't get them by phone despite ring over 80 times. Got someone to come out of work to pick this months up only for them to be told the T pick it up as not ready despite promising to have it ready. Head office don't care either.. Day Lewis Newbury needs to be closed and let another company take them over. TOTAL DISGRACE..

Booked jab, turned up, no jabs in stock. Told that I had a cancellation email (I checked no email) by the quite stressed out pharmacist but was also told by the receptionist that I wouldn?t have had a cancellation email because they were expecting my dose in with the delivery they just received. The pharmacist is quick to try and blame me somehow and I won?t go back for sure. No need to try and show me up when I just followed procedure.

This pharmacy has no answering phone policy, if so never answer the phone. if any issue or questions, Physical trip is required and waiting in long ques. no disability access or working communication button for disabled customers, which left me sat outside in the rain for 40 minutes in a wheel chair. Won't be going there again Avoid if your struggle walking or on wheel chair the hill will definitely kill u.
