We got a couple of coffees and wanted to sit on the terrace but we have been asked to leave the terrace as the barrista wanted to close the outside terrace. This has happened at 6pm bearing in mind that the store closes at 7pm. At least she could have left us sit at the table for 30 minutes and collected the other tables.

This place does serve decent hot drinks and foot. Decent for a quite meal or semi casual meetings.
The staff though are a grouch. Asking them for things like tap water feels like they are being imposed on. Most have difficulty helping new customers choose from their menu.
But given the place is centrally located , good for a quick stop to pick up good food/drink.

The staff work very hard, we use it regularly. You must watch out for the varying length of stay around. We tend to park in the larger car park because we are often there over two hours.

Not a great coffee considering they are a big coffee chain. Shame really.
Parking: No parking at the shop as it's on the high street.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into the main store.

Terrible service, lady rushed me and didnt not give me the deal i asked for so I paid more!!!

So cold in the cafe because always got air-conditioning blasting out. The manager seems to think he is right having it on full. Take a look at how many regular customers have left because of the place being ridiculous cold. Very uncomfortable to sit in, coffee has gone cold before 20 minute's. I really don't think the manager cares anymore. It was our regular coffee shop, but plenty of coffee shops that do care about customers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Could be nice for wheelchair users, if they want to sit in a cold room

Wow Wow, What a transformation of Costa since I last visited!! Love the NEW refurbishment - more inviting, brighter & seats very comfortable. Staff were very warm and helpful. Choose a Mango and Passionfruit cold drink and it's Delicious ?
