I live close by and I often visit the shop. Elliott and the team are always helpful and friendly. Nick goes the extra mile if a product is not on display and checks the stock room, which is much appreciated.

Was going in there to buy a meal deal the other day, but my shopping experience was ruined by a staff member with the most unpleasant smell imaginable, I cannot describe it other than it being poor hygiene from lack of deodorant and bathing. I had to swiftly purchase my items because I feeling really sick and nauseous from the smell. I believe there should be a staff policy about hygiene and how it could effect the food their handling, I know there in boxes and packaging but its still unpleasant that someone like that has handled a Cheese and Red onion sandwich.

my friend got hurt at work with no way to access the accident book which is not legal should be able to access the accident book at all times just seems to me that the manager of this co-op doesn?t care about the wellbeing and safety of its employees, disgraceful

Abysmal customer service recieved today. Stopped by today about 6.30pm to pick up some basics, one of the items had to be approved. The till beeped, the light changed and the staff member at the till area then walked off to start up a general gossipy conversation with who I assume was the manager. This left me a bit frustrated but I patiently waited. The light then turned from orange to red (on the till) and it beeped a few more times. Eventually the staff member, looking at other reviews she's becoming a bit famous for all the wrong reasons, turned around and realised I don't know, she's at work or whatever? And casually strolls over with a face like thunder. Not a word left her mouth, no hello, how can I help? Left me sort that for you, not even a thanks for waiting. She then immediately returned to her conversation. On the way out I questioned the manager, albeit quite rudely as I was angry by now, on if he thinks maybe it would be a good idea to keep an eye on the front of the shop. Both staff members then glazed over with a shocked expression like what I was saying was just unfathomable. How dare I expect to feel welcome or valued or worthy of basic manners and customer service. Still no effort to put it right was made by either staff member. In fact the lady still hadn't said a single word to me the whole time, just glared at me. So I left. This is about the 10th time I've used this shop and will absolutely be the last. It continues to amaze me the lack of basic people skills and manners people seems to lack these days especially those working in customer service.

Bonne Maman jam at Coop - £4Bonne Maman jam at Sainsbury's - £3.30While staff are great, self-service machines quite smart & the ambient is nice:- the legend of the Coop probably lives in nostalgia.It's a bit insulting to the normal, experienced customer.

Good local store although more expensive than other supermarkets. They are the only store that does compostable bags which is brilliant. They now have a recycling soft plastic bin. Staff are lovely. You can buy most essentials here including stationary, cards, magazines. They have a great frozen food section for Thai, Indian, British foods, including deserts. Fresh veg and fruit but hardly any loose, unpackaged which isn't good.

Average Co-op limited items and not always what you want in store. Prices are very expensive! I used to live in Bristol and the local Co-op was much cheaper than this lot I have no idea why because it's all part of the same Southern Co-operative.

The blonde polish working woman in this store could possibly be the most rudest person I?ve ever met , I know we all have bad days, but she must practice. Wouldn?t want her being the first person to meet representing my business .

I use this store regular. Nice friendly staff that manage queues well. I know they lack space but I don't feel comfortable with the new set up for self-service machines. Don't feel it's proper social distancing
