For approximately five weeks now, the customer toilets have been out of order. This is particularly inconvenient for those of us who regularly use the in-store café. The lack of access to toilet facilities is unacceptable and raises concerns about compliance with regulations that require such amenities to be available to café patrons.
It appears that the toilets may have been closed deliberately to prevent public use, which is deeply frustrating and does not reflect good customer service. If there are legitimate maintenance issues, I would expect clear signage and regular updates, along with an expedited plan to restore access.

Fantastic service in the bed department they have gone above and beyond we had a problem with our new mattress due to fumes this has been resolved with no fuss Gareth was most helpful and attentive I would have no hesitation in recommending Camps to anyone

Great department store that I use regularly.
However, young women on footwear need some customer service guidance or training (even if 5-10 minutes before closing time with a request that would not take them beyond close of shop). ????

Excellent service, lady at the pay desk pointed out that I had £30 to spend from my loyalty card so my purchase was only £4.99, (result ?) Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you Camp Hopson staff and merry Christmas ?

Bought a cheap poor quality jumper one week ago ,Recycled polyester (notorious for pilling) washed it once and it ended up looking like a rag.I received a refund after a Spanish inquisition from the staff, At what temperature did you wash it? Then inspecting the garment intensely . I then spoke to the manager who then admitted that they do not offer a non quibble returns policy. I would have expected an apology for having to return an item after one week. I don't think apologies are within Camp Hopson's vocabulary.
