First time I been to this burgerking in Newbury and won't be coming back.serbice was so slow and there was only one other customer in the restaurant wasn't even busy with delivery's.trying to get staff attention they dint cate too busy chatting with eachother to notice their customers! .fries were cold too!

The workers are rude and not very welcoming when entering the store they got our order wrong and are very loud when customers are eating.

Food is okay, it's what you'd expect from Burger King.
Place was clean and tidy. Staff isn't too helpful and have zero customer service skills. The answers to the questions are mumbled and if you smile and say something or even "thank you, have a good evening", you are in for the silent treatment, no matter what.
With this type of customer service, I think I'll switch for delivery the next time I'm in the mood for BK.

This burger King is basically never open, been twice over the Christmas period and both times it was shut, this time "due to some issue" as per the note on the door. I'd be curious to know what issue that is as it's clearly long-term impacting. Don't bother coming here.
