"I paid for my car wash at the station on Saturday. The car wash machine broke the Mercedes symbol on my car's bonnet. I immediately reported the situation to the supervisor (he was so kind). I didn?t any argument with him. He took my information and said the issue would be forwarded to the manager. After not receiving any feedback for three days, I back to the station today.
Unfortunately, my conversation with Irina, the manager, was extremely negative. She didn't even apologize. Instead, she emphasized that my English is poor and told me to read and translate the explanations in front of the car wash machine. I asked, 'What does it mean to translate? Are you racist?' This humiliated me! Yes, I know there is a general warning there, but you should write something like, 'Remove the antenna of your car or cars with a symbol on the bonnet may be damaged.'
I have a business in town with a customer base of 3,000. I am in dialogue with them every day. I will share this bad experience with all my customers."

Rude woman behind the till gave me an incorrect ticket for the car wash. I paid for the car wash, waited 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue- code wouldn?t work so I had to go back in - no apology and another 25 minute wait - would have been quicker to wash the car! Rude assistant would not wait for BPMe app to open as issues with that again - will aim to avoid BP at all costs if this is how they treat customers.

Honestly, the most unfriendly staff i?ve ever come across. Unhelpful, rude and essentially telling you that you?re stupid when the barcode they claim scanned correctly, in fact hadn?t. Also, they have the most outdated and slowest pumps out of all petrol stations. Sainsbury?s is cheaper and much more modern.
