Friendly, incredibly stocked up in way beyond essentials most pharmacies would have. Smily faces, great banter and camaraderie behind the prescription counter. Such a pleasant experience, well done everyone. You all definitely deserve more recognition

Would be zero stars if that was an option. I've used this pharmacy for over 15 years getting prescriptions delivered there and buying medications and products otc. Terrible service today now refusing to order items in that they've got for me regularly over the last 15 years. Manager was rude and not interested in me as a customer. Her suggestion was that I get my doctor to prescribe the item , which they would then order in. I've been happy buying this item and don't expect the NHS to pay for it. That's Boots only solution. Diabolical service and attitude. No more business from me. Avoid this store.

Have to collect regular medicine from the pharmacy here, sometimes the service is good, but many times (like this evening) it?s dreadful. Sent text notification that medicine is ready, wait in queues halfway down the store, then told not quite ready & needs pharmacist approval, wait and wait bc pharmacist called away, pharmacist prioritises people who were way after me in queue & then chooses to randomly serve a new customer just drifting by counter instead of checking multiple prescriptions awaiting their attention. Had to leave without medication because was, by that point, so late to collect my eldest. And I can?t return tonight, because of the 3 hour parking rule! Absolute shambles this evening & staff behind pharmacy counter all looked stressed out. Like other reviewers here, I?ve often noticed that no one ever apologises ?on behalf of Boots? (we?re all
understand it?s not their personal fault!)! Suggest strongly that Boots pharmacy management check in on this store.

Pharmacist was very unhelpful and lazy. Came in for a pharmacy first and the pharmacist sent me away as he couldn?t be bothered to conduct a consultation even with 45 minutes before closing. No signposting anywhere else to go and no self care advice. Would not recommend. Wasn?t the only customer having issues with the pharmacy too

Shocking service from the pharmacy ignoring the queue for 5 minutes, never any apologies. Some rare days you don?t have to queue.
Sort it out boots, without your customers you?re nothing!!

The medicine counter is rarely staffed. It is not clear where to stand to be servied, staff do not assist you.
They close the counter for lengthy periods with no clear signs. You end up standing there until someone notices you and tells you it will be 20 minutes before they are open.
Not very professional.

What a joy this shop was this morning. There was a comprehensive range of products which were clearly labelled and competitively priced.
The staff went over & above to help me find what I was looking for , both in the main shop and in the pharmacy.
No queues at the check out & well trained & attentive staff. Thank you.

Very disappointing. Seems like unless you need to get a prescription, staff don't really care at the pharmacy. They just look at you and ignore you.

Make up testers all so dirty and not enough testers available for all the colours. No tissues provided to wipe your hands. How are you supposed to test things and not have the possibility to clean it off? Please put some basic standards into your store!
