Probably the worst pharmacy in the UK with the slowest staff, who redirected us to a non-existent queue on Saturday at midday. We understand that you?re rammed but sending customers on a wild goose chase in an attempt to reduce your queue is not the right move, mate.

Very poor experience with the pharmacy counter. Boots should be ashamed at their employees being so rude. The young lad was very polite but claire was really nasty to someone in front of me. Shocking as he was only young

The pharmacy is useless. This review is one star more than I wanted to give! I usually get my prescriptions through an online dispenser but was forced to go to boots as I needed it today. The online dispenser takes 2 days usually and this would STILL have been quicker than standing in boots pharmacy. Absolutely useless!!!!

Edited: please can you fix the lift or consider moving the baby bits downstairs.
Although it can get very busy, the pharmacy staff are always very personable. Despite obvious pressure from short staffing and long queues, I think they do an excellent job.
Other members of staff are very pleasant too, and always seem happy to help if needs be.

This boots is really handy - it's a fairly large store with generally a good selection. The staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to help, despite the fact that they seem very busy.

I love this boots but It needs more brands like sol de janeiro perfumes and body scrubs and others like tree hut , fenty and many others which are not available in this boots

I recently moved to Newbury town, this town has all the essentials shops except pharmacies. Boots is the only pharmacy in town and no wonder every time I visit it there are long queues, terrible service, under staffed, can?t find prescription, don?t have it in stock, don?t have time for a consultation, try another pharmacy. Yes, trying another pharmacy would be great if there was one or if I could drive, even the Day Lewis is out of reach from here if you are old like me or perhaps disable. I sincerely hope Boots will get its act together soon meanwhile I have no choice but to persist with it.

I cannot put in to words how grateful I am for how I was looked after by Emma and Margaret at the No7 counter.
A year ago, I was diagnosed with rosacea and prescribed brimonidine.
Having used it for some time, there has been no improvement, and the redness seems worse.
I have Aspergers and it seriously effects my mental health as people comment on my red face and I am very conscious of it.
Emma and Margaret were patient and informative and took time to understand what would work me.
The products they suggested made an instant improvement and I can't thank them enough.

Got sent here because the Retail Park didn?t have a very common medicine
And now they close the pharmacy for an hour at lunch.
Guess when working people take their break?..lunch! How are you meant to get a prescription if you work?

I have had cancer for five years now and I know in my body when I need antibiotics. I have a weaker immune system so needed help to shake off what I knew was a viral infection. Rather than go to my doctor knowing Pharmacists can issue antibiotics I came here. What a waste of time. When I politely asked to see the pharmacist the woman behind the counter was abrupt and rude. After waiting for around ten minutes in the booth I asked again. Eventually he saw me asking me lots of questions. He was useless he didn?t examine me at all and said to go to my doctor which I did through Anima. They sent me to Boots at the retail park and she was excellent! She looked in my mouth my tonsils were red. Eventually went back to my doctors where I was examined again and prescribed antibiotics for a viral infection. The Pharmacist I saw here last Wednesday needs to do a refresher course I don?t recommend him at all. Very poor.
