I have had such a great and usefull experience in Blacks! Ive been searching for the right shoes and backpack for interrailing around europe and ive always found it hard to find something that fits me right and something i like the look of. An employee named Jack has been super helpful and ive finally found the most perfect and comfiest shoes and backpack for this occasion. Hes shown me how to properly wear a bag and how to fill the space in it, and gave so much support with my decision! Amazing customer service, thank you!

My experience here was great. I came in looking for a backpacking for an interrailing trip. A very helpful employee named jack came up to me and offered some help he showed me how to fit the backpack properly and let me try it out with weight. This was incredibly helpful and i would go again! overall good experience.

I?m a very indecisive person but the knowledge of Trina helped me enormously whilst purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble to check stock, trying on alternatives etc. Very impressed, she?s a gem.
