“Halfords replaced my car battery with instore fitting and I'm very pleased. My only criticism is that the online booking system does not link to their stores. I booked a fit time online and that never got through to the store, this also happened when I booked a tyre change slot a while ago. This is a simple IT fix but don't know why they don't do it!”

“Went into this branch on Sunday 5th November 2023, to purchase a pair of Trainers for my husband. We were pleasantly greeted by a young man (Shuan)He was a breath of fresh-air. Clearly very happy in his job! He was super-polite, and despite serving several other customers at the same, he made us feel like we were his only customer. We couldn't fault his skills and his attention to detail was outstanding. He was happy, smiley, cheerful and made sure throughout the whole process that we had his attention. He directed us where to wait so when he came back with the Trainers we'd be able to see him. He checked the size was correct, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Then directed us to the tills.We were both so impressed with his customer care skills, on our way out we spoke to him to say: Thank you! And praised him for his amazing service. He was very humbled and said: how grateful he was, and it meant a lot to him to hear that. Genuine nice guy!On the way out the door we then spoke to his Manager, to give him our positive feedback. Which he was extremely grateful to hear.This young man (Shuan) will go far!
