For much needed advise , Clare in particular
has been so helpful and patient in answering
my many questions with a smile and sound advise .

As a senior citizen the personal service provided by the staff of Barclays Newbury in managing my accounts is invaluable. With particular mention: Clare who always helps me with my personal banking and Paul, the Manager who is excellent in every way.. All the staff are politeness itself

I visited Barclays Bank Newbury this week to get some old bank statements for tax issues. The account was not even active but when I explained the issue to the staff they were were understanding, friendly and supportive. I was asked to see Clare and she was awesome. Even though it was a time consuming process to print 2 years of statements she printed all the statements I requested very patiently and helped me with other issues to get my account back to Active status. I was very impressed by the professionalism and support from Clare. Thank you Barclays Newbury team!

Just visited the Newbury branch to replace a damaged card. Gemma took care of us and explained how to order a new card using the app. She sat with us and patiently talked us through the app. We now know what we can do with the app. Thanks so much Gemma, great job.

Today I had to go to Barclays to open a new account which I couldnt do in the app. A very helpful lady called Jacqueline Cooper went through the process with me and gave me very good advice about which account was best for me. She was very patient and extremely professional. It cant be easy dealing with idiot technophobes like me. I have to say I have always found Barclays staff to be very good

I?ve been today in the Newbury branch and I needed help and Adelina has helped me with showing me on the app how to declare my card lost and order a new one and how to check my transactions and make sure everything was ok. I?m really happy with her great service and will always go back to this branch as they are all very nice, especially Adelina who is great!
