“The pharmacy is very quick. And the selection of groceries and convenience items is more rhan I was expecting to see. I dont know yet how to compare peixes so can't remark about that. Surprisingly closes early at 4pm on Sundays. :(”

“Barclays lost a customer this month…after visiting the Llyod's branch for a quick meeting. I switched from Barclays very easily using the app (which is better app too) and they gave me £175 as an incentive which I got the day my current account switched. All my debits got auto switched along with my salary. And it’s easy to setup joint accounts and child saving accounts on the app, whilst Barclays was a pain having to go into the branch then they did it wrong. My experience with Llyod’s has been much better so hence this review

“Even though their staff turnover seems a little high, the service is always excellent and they've always fixed whatever problem we've gone in with. I also love that they love dogs, have a customer toilet and actually seem to reae t their customer base. I know Metro bank has had its problems but they are a breath of fresh air in retail banking.”

Some time later, while other banks make you wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get an account started, other two wonderful ladies helped us as we walked in, no need to wait for ages to get started.
