Virtually every time I purchase something via click and collect it says the items are in stock only for me to receive a follow up informing me a day or so later that the items aren?t. Sort out your method of determining what is actually in your stores as it?s so frustrating and a total waste of time

I visited B&Q today at 14:30 and had an exceptionally disappointing experience at the self-service checkout. The staff member stationed there (a blond individual, not the one assisting at the tills but specifically at the self-checkout) was extremely unhelpful?rude, disengaged, and unprofessional. He stood leaning against a piece of furniture, showing no interest in assisting customers or engaging with his role. When a colleague at the till requested his help with picking up an item, he outright refused. This type of behavior is unacceptable for someone representing the company. If B&Q intends to maintain its customer base and uphold a strong reputation, such issues must be addressed. It is discouraging to see an employee who appears indifferent to their duties negatively impacting customer experiences through sheer lack of professionalism.

B&Q are always helpful when having difficulty with their tools. Excellent customer service! Manufacturer?s fault is another matter, of course.

Variety of diy stuff available. You get a chance to buy whatever you wish for just in that area . Lot of options for both indoor and outdoor plants. Various household stuff starting from bulbs to bath tub ,bathroom ,wooden tiles, key cutter, furniture and what's not available.
