Have used Wilkinsons for many years as a landlord and always found them to provide an excellent service, unfortunately service levels have dropped recently and have been waiting for return of a set of keys for over 3 months now. Hopefully service levels will improve in the future.

I dealt with Samantha Baron on both occasions and found her to be both personable and attentive to my needs and she dealt with my Tenancy quickly. Have experienced other letting agents in Maidenhead in the past 20 years, and none of them match Wilkinson's. They were wonderful from first contact, through to now being a happy Tenant. Sarah and Timea in particular have been outstanding in helping me though the reference process, through to troubleshooting and resolving small problems after moving in. Professional throughout.

My partner and I are renting for the first time. Our experience with Wilkinsons was easy from start to Finish. Jake who was helping us through the process was brilliant, especially with fast replies to emails. We were able to view the house without hassle last minute. Anything Jake wasn?t sure about he asked and gave an answer the next day. We really appreciate everything Wilkinsons has done for us, amazing team!

Excellent landlord service .The property is fully managed and worth the agency fees as Wilkinsons take total responsibility , communicate with all parties involved , solve any issues swiftly and detail everything clearly either via email or a phone call .Thus giving peace of mind to the landlord and tenant .I would highly recommend this professional team .

Writing my review as a tenant of a property managed by Wilkinson Estates.Having been privately renting since 2013, via a number of managing agents, Wilkinson Estates can not be described as anything other than outstanding!As a tenant at other managing agents, I was often left feeling like I got a bit of a sore deal - having to chase, chase, chase to get even the smallest thing resolved, despite the considerable outlay that is rent across the south-east.This has *never* been the case with Wilkinson Estates, where they have successful resolved all issues experienced in a way that's acceptable to both our landlord, and us as a tenant, time after time. It amazes me yet further that they've managed to do this in spite of all the difficulties of the last 18 months!I don't doubt how hard it must be to find that perfect balance between appeasing both a tenant and a landlord, yet Matthew, Diana, and their whole team manage it consistently.A special shout out to Timea, who has helped us resolve a number of issues with the property over our time here - some rather complex - and throughout been nothing but polite and professional in every update.In a market that can at times have a bit of a bad rep, the whole team is a breath of fresh air and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. The Wilkinson team matched a property to our bespoke needs - saving us the bother of viewing properties that weren?t suitable. Their responsiveness during the rental period was outstanding - sending the maintenance team / other trades out whenever something wasn?t working properly. The check out service was also thorough - with our deposit returned within days of exiting the rental. Can?t recommend the Maidenhead team highly enough - superb in every respect.
