Seem to overdry clothes and squeeze the life out of the fabric. Service wash fees are extortionate especially the drying cost.
All my shirts and t-shirts were over dryed and have lost the colour. They look worn out.

If I could rate a NO STAR for the alteration to my floor length curtain I would as the person completly ruined it by not cutting the lining as per the curtain fabric.I did email twice but nobody has the courtesy to reply to meHave your alterations done elsewhere!!!Service: Alterations

It's good that they are open late even on Sundays.No staff but the machines and dryers can be used.Cleanliness can be increased alot but price is very reasonable.

I have used Westies for all my dry cleaning for years and have always had a very positive experience from the member of staff who takes your order to the final clean, pressed garments.

Not cleaned or pressed properly.The lady who booked it was helpful and nice so I thank her for my initial experience but unfortunately when I collected my suit it still had stains, wasn?t pressed correctly and had more creases in than when i took it and was covered in hairs. I asked for it to be done again. The unhelpful gentleman who cared very little said my choice was collect Wednesday.Need suit following day for wedding so I left very unsatisfied and in no mood to argue with someone with no customer care.

I had 3 pairs of curtains dry cleaned and unfortunately they all shrank quite a lot and are now useless. The owner warned me that they could shrink, but the amount is quite drastic, so now the lining hangs below the curtain fabric. Also most of the stains were still there after cleaning, so a waste of £157.07, should have bought new curtains.

I found the staff very rude especially the manager

I found the man serving very rude and shouted at me infront of other customers for leaving my drying in a drier for 1 hour when all the other machines were empty. Will never go there again.
