Just popped into Vodafone this afternoon with a quick query and both girls greeted me and were both equally helpful.
As a customer one can naturally gravitate to the person whom you feel will be the most helpful but on this occasion I felt both staff were equally welcoming and helpful.
My query was dealt with perfectly by a great team.

Unbelievably bad service. 2 staff sitting (slouched) next to each other staring at their phones when I walked in and just about looked up. As I was giving one my details the other guy stayed exactly where he was with his feet up on the other ones chair. The guy dealing with me was more concerned about shaking his hair into place and playing with it. Guess it's luck of the draw what staff are on but this is my experience with these two! I gave it a couple of minutes then walked out. Unbelievably poor Vodafone!!

You cannot speak to a person. I?m an OAP, I need to change my bundle to add international texts, it was impossible to do so - this is not a service, it?s an insult and deserves zero stars!

I signed up to VOXI whilst I was back visiting. Was told it was pay as you go but my account was debited monthly and when I raised this I was told to get a refund for the period when I was not using VOXI I would have need to raised this within 3 days of my account being debited. I wouldn?t recommend the customer service which is all online and not very helpful. Wasn?t told any of this by staff in the shop when I signed up.

Vodafone is the worst company in the world.... Lock you in a contract, phone reception doesn't work, they admit to it but don't do anything about it. Their complaints procedure is a brick wall of bots
