The Optometrist was very thorough with various checks with my eyes. She explained clearly what she?s doing at every step and told me what to expect for the next step. The shop staff was very helpful in helping me to decide my preference for the new glasses l need to have. I have used Vision Express for a very long time and l have always been very pleased with their service.

I had my eye checked due to new symptoms of light flashes and floaters. All the staff at the store were extremely polite, accommodating and helpful as usual. The optometrist Miss Sharma was super helpful and so caring that she even gave a follow up call the next day to see that I had had further checks at an eye clinic where she had advised me to go. She had done a referral letter to take with me which made things very easy and reassuring!
